Heart Safe Australia Restart a Heart morning

Three steps to save a life

Would you be READY to SAVE A LIFE in case of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA)?

Are you familiar with the THREE SIMPLE but VERY IMPORTANT STEPS to save a life?

  1. Call
  2. PUSH / CPR
  3. SHOCK – Defib to restart the heat

Join us to REFRESH and even TEST your CPR and Defibrillation skills to Restart a Heart at the Manly Surf Life Saving Club on Wednesday October 16th between 6:30AM – 8:30 AM.

Surf Life Saving NSW will be providing first aid demonstrations  and CPR practice with mannequins providing feedback on how you are performing CPR, as well as delivering a shock with a defib to restart the heart.

A Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) can happen at anytime!  Make sure you are ready to jump in and help if it ever happens around you.

See you there,

Max & The Heart Safe Australia Team
